Brazoria Operating, LLC is the wholly owned subsidiary of OTX Resources, LLC. OTX was formed in 2018 by its industry experienced members to apply cutting edge geophysical technology to conventional exploration in the Gulf Coast Region. OTX and Brazoria are based in Houston, Texas.

Brazoria Operating was formed in 2021 and is OTX’s wholly owned oil & gas operating subsidiary. Clint Wainwright is the CEO of Brazoria and is highly experienced with managing operations in the Gulf Coast Region. We have an excellent team of supporting engineers for field operations.

Brazoria commenced its first drilling Program in Kenedy County, TX in November 2022.

Brazoria is seeking and evaluating joint venture exploration and development opportunities in the Gulf Coast Region and elsewhere. The company’s growth strategy is to create value through exploration and development.

Norma Zakroff

Norma has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. In the early 2000’s she founded her first Oil Company, Seneca Oil, which owns several producing interests in the Permian and Uinta Basins. As the Company’s President, she strives to bring a generalized 360-degree business perspective to balance the highly technical, and to ensure that all functions are working harmoniously to advance identified opportunities to drilling and production. She is third generation Oil & Gas Explorationist. Her mother, Anna Wells, is an accomplished exploration geologist and her grandfather, Gordon Wells, owned working and mineral interests in Jay and Blackjack Fields in western Florida.

Clint Wainwright, Petroleum Engineer – 48 years oil and gas business operations and executive management specializing in reservoir engineering and synergistic geo-technical sciences utilized in finding underdeveloped properties and maximizing value applying the appropriate technical strategies, both conventional and unconventional properties. His expertise is in property evaluations and all the ancillary aspects of negotiating transactions, agreements, operations, risk management, insurance, regulatory, product and property marketing. His career began with Amoco, then Louisiana Land & Exploration, followed by Hughes Eastern Petroleum as VP Expl & Prod, founding a prospect generating and acquisition company, and an operating company; BS PETE Louisiana State U ’72; MS Degree work, University Louisiana Lafayette ‘74
